Our Proposal:

H&P installs the plant, which remains its own, producing electric, thermal and cooling power. The customer doesn’t invest anything: the sole cost is the Activation Fee.
The user purchases from H&P the electric, thermal and cooling power produced by the plant, with savings ranging from 5% to 10% (the proposal is to be defined). The plant may ensure to the customer – at zero cost – a privileged power line in case of black-out.
The user has nothing to care about: installation; management and maintenance are at H&P’s care Payments and commercial relations are made through simple invoices. Both parties may terminate the contract at any time.

Heat & Power's approach

It is featured by its being simple, its integrating character and non-invasiveness, especially when confronted with usual technical interventions in this field Heat & Power’s cogenerator does not eliminate existing supplies, but it integrates them in an extent varying from case to case.
Installation occurs in a short time and- should there be a reason for – the relationship may be terminated with little problems: the possible coming out of Heat & Power leaves the plants functioning as before its arrival.
