As a single parent, you have to work hard to get by on one income. That means budgeting for expenses like groceries and gasoline. However, it's hard to budget for gas prices that keep going up and up. Don't give up hope, though. Shopping around for the cheapest gas prices in your area can help you save quite a bit of money.
Saving just $0.10 per gallon of gasoline would save you $50 a year!

What's the cheapest gas in your town?
You may have noticed a little relief at the pump in the last couple of days. Monday morning, we set out to find the cheapest gas in South Georgia.
A viewer tipped us off to this Piggly Wiggly Express in Doerun where gas is $3.69 a gallon. We wanted to get reaction in Albany about that low price.
That is when we found gas for $3.62 per gallon at Murphy USA on Ledo Road. One customer there says the lower prices are great for her family.
